Summary

We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in coordinating our roadside assistance operations, ensuring timely service to our clients. Your organizational skills will help maintain efficient communication between our technicians and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule roadside assistance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status.
• Maintain records of service calls and technician assignments for reporting purposes.
• Accurately generate and process invoices for services
• Maintain organized digital and and paper filing systems for dispatch and billing records

Requirements

• Proven experience in dispatching, billing, and administration coordination
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced/high pressure environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with billing platforms and excel/google sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
