Job Summary :
We are seeking a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary documentation.
Maintain and update patient records accurately in our electronic medical system.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a medical or customer service role preferred.
Proficient in using computer systems, including electronic medical records (EMR).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive and professional attitude.
