About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of service technicians to job sites, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer service and timely project completion.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in customer service or dispatching
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
