Key Responsibilities:
Execute a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, and more.
● Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
● Install and maintain fixtures, equipment, and furniture.
● Ensure high standards of quality and safety in all work.
● Maintain and manage your own tools and travel to job sites as needed.
Qualifications:
■ 3 years of experience in maintenance, carpenter or construction role.
Construction experience (preferred).
■ Strong skills in maintenance and repair techniques.
■ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
■ Drive your own car
