We succeed at delivering our extraordinary level of 5-star LASIK services by working as a closely integrated team. As Patient Concierge you will receive paid training from our key staff. As a key member of our team, you will interact with prospective and existing patients daily in person, through email, and occasionally on the phone. You will ensure every patient and guest is well looked after from the start with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. As the first and last face to face impression of the Centers, this high-profile position carries a special responsibility of enhancing each 20/20 Institute patient’s journey. We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving ability and are computer savvy. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task!
A knack for learning science and math subject matter will aid in quickly learning the knowledge required to succeed at 20/20 Institute. We will train the right person in the medical knowledge and duties needed in the role. LASIK is a self-pay patient service outside of medical insurance. So, one very special nicety of our medical setting is that operationally we do not accept insurance, bill insurance or file insurance claims.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties will be assigned as you learn the operations of our office
- Welcomes patients into our state-of-the-art office settings
- Establishes immediate rapport and trust with prospective patients
- Develops relationships with patients ensuring outstanding personalized care
- Accommodates scheduling needs of our patients
- Assists with patients and guests in-office while waiting for appointments
- Assists with all offices inventory/supplies
- Creatively manages the patient schedule and collaborates with clinic team to maintain a no-waiting office visit policy
- Manages new patient chart preparation and post-op data entry
- Processes deposits for surgery
- Maintains daily logs and sends the team daily progress reports

- Ability to work a flexible only 4-day/week schedule T-Sat
- While half the work week takes place at our main DTC office, must be willing to work at least one day per week at our LoDo office and one day per week at our Westminster office
- Medical knowledge preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate

Salary Bonus: $40,000-$50,000 Annually
