Location Bronson Methodist Hospital (BMH) Full-time, Part-time, and PRN candidates must be ready to commit to full-time hours (3 12hr shifts, 7a-7:30p) during the first 6-8 weeks for orientation. Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED required to join our dynamic team. CNA license preferred but not mandatory – we value your passion to learn and grow! BLS certification required by the end of orientation, with ongoing certification maintenance—keeping you prepared for anything! Basic medical terminology knowledge will help you shine; preferred but not a deal-breaker. EKG mastery—score 80% or higher in Basic EKG to step into the Monitor Tech role and flex your skills. EMT program or RMA/CMA certification? We’ll consider that in lieu of formal qualifications. We love diverse experience! 1-year experience in EMS, hospital-based care, or military corpsmen preferred. Transport patients to various diagnostic areas while keeping safety at the forefront. Respond to emergency situations like a pro—Air Care helicopter arrivals and disaster situations? You've got this! Troubleshoot telemetry equipment like a tech-savvy hero, performing 12-lead EKGs within 5 minutes for chest pain protocol patients. Keep the team running smoothly by stocking critical supplies, monitoring battery life, and ensuring rooms are set for key procedures. Own the process—document all patient care in EPIC and be an active part of our skill fairs to keep learning and evolving. Ensure the environment is always clean, safe, and comfortable for patients.
