Provides additional secretarial /clerical services to the EOC / Life Safety department and Facilities department when needed. Schedules appointments, trainings, regulatory surveys, etc. when needed. Assist with inspections and environmental tours. Responsible for the detailed analysis of EOC and Life Safety Data Undertakes or support special “projects” or initiatives as warranted. Responsible for timely communication with EOC and Life Safety Committee members Work with Vendors to perform required testing and with purchasing to make sure contracts are up to date. Maintain policies in policy tech. Submit requisitions for EOC/Facilities on anything that is needed. Job Qualifications Great Customer Service Skills Must have High school diploma or general education degree (GED), 3-5 years Healthcare experience Valid driver's license Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, verbal, and written communication occurs throughout BHG with executives, physicians, staff, and customers. Proficient in the following Microsoft programs; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Policy Tech. Work, which produces levels of mental/visual fatigue, which are typical of jobs that perform a wide variety of duties with frequent and significant uncontrollable deadlines. Work may include the operation of and full attention to a personal computer or CRT up to 60 percent of the time. Involves regularly lifting of bulky or moderately heavy weights (i.e., up to 50 pounds), and occasionally assisting with heavier tasks or expending the equivalent effort in pushing, pulling, or otherwise handling material, equipment, and other objects.
