2020 Companies is now hiring for a Samsung Training Manager representing our client, Samsung Electronics America.
The Training Manager will design and implement consistent, effective training programs for both personal development and client product knowledge throughout the organization. This role will be responsible for both individual contributions, via facilitation, and will also develop the curriculum and strategy for our retail teams. The Training Manager will work in an environment of high change and possess the capacity to convey diverse, complex, and evolving information.
As the Training Manager:
- Align with the leadership team to identify, strategize, and implement plans to address the organization’s training gaps
- Develop a curriculum to support new hire, ongoing, and leadership training, aligned with the organization's long-term goals.
- Develop engaging training videos, manuals, and SOPs to create tangible organizational improvement

Job Description:
- Align with leadership team to identify, strategize, and implement plans to address the organization's training gaps
- Create a curriculum to facilitate new hire, on-going, and leadership training, based on the long-term organizational goals
- Develop engaging training videos, manuals, and SOPs to create tangible organizational improvement
- Implement and accelerate effective and purposeful adult training methods
- Research of training trends, techniques, developments, and best practices to enhance engagement and retention of content
- Create documentation at the conclusion of each innovation/training to highlight key wins and effectiveness
- Regularly complete visits with field and managers for real-time observations
Performance Measurements:
- Design and implement consistent and effective training programs for both personal development and client product knowledge across the organization
- Works well in an environment of high change and have the capacity for transmitting diverse, complex, and changing information
- Ability to work with multiple decision makers to support various business needs with impeccable integrity and commitment to customer and partner satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in training and development
- 3 years' experience of leadership experience
- Successful training experience/proven track record in performance management
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
