Highland Homes is currently accepting resumes for a MLS Listing Coordinator position. This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently processes, inputs and maintains inventory home listings in applicable MLS’s across the state of Texas while ensuring a high level of support and customer service to the Sales and Marketing teams, along with other internal and external customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enters and maintains company spec/inventory listings into MLS databases. This includes new listings, price updates, status changes, sold data, consumer promotions, and additional pertinent information related to the listing.
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, including but not limited to the Fair Housing Act, local, state or national real estate regulations, MLS/TREC regulations, etc.
- Identify and verify product/community information and successfully resolve any MLS listing errors in a timely manner.
- Assist with entering alternative listings (build jobs) for comps/appraisal purposes.
- Generate reports and updates, as requested.
- Provide exceptional service and support to the Highland sales, marketing and construction teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required.
- College degree preferred.
- Knowledge of multiple MLS platforms preferred.
- Prior homebuilding industry experience preferred.
- 1 years of general office experience in professional environment required.
- Proficient in MS Office software (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and familiar with the Internet required.
- Prior experience with Adobe Suite products a plus.
- Technology-proficient with ability to quickly learn and master various software applications.
- Proficient typing skills with an emphasis on speed and accuracy. Minimum 45 WPM preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong administrative, follow-up, data and time management skills.
- Some weekend and after-hours work required.
