Our internship program is designed to provide you with a meaningful work experience that both enhances your technical skills and expands your understanding of the home building industry. Our goal is that the program will give direction to our interns in making a career choice after graduation.
Job Duties & Requirements:
- Contribute and assist in the following areas:
- Market research for emerging land opportunities
- Analyzing and reporting demographics and homebuilder activity
- Due diligence activities
- Land financials
- Contract review and preparation
- Communicating with the field and other departments
- Provide additional support to the Land staff members as assigned
- Other duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor Degree program in Business, Real Estate, Finance or other related field.
- Strong analytical thinking, organization, leadership and problem solving with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong communication (orally and written) and able to collaborate effectively with team members including the desire to ask questions and learn from others.
- Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute to group success.
- Ability to Multi-task with very close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines.
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Demonstrates sound judgement and effective decision-making.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
