Job Duties & Requirements :
- Contribute and assist in the following areas : Market research for emerging land opportunitiesAnalyzing and reporting demographics and homebuilder activityDue diligence activitiesLand financials Contract review and preparationCommunicating with the field and other departments
- Provide additional support to the Land staff members as assigned
- Other duties as requested.
