Administrative Assistant II - Women & Children Services - Days

Position Highlights: Hourly Pay Range: $20-33.21. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Location: Floating between Elmhurst, IL & Naperville, IL Full Time - 40 hours/ week Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm Required Travel: Yes, Floating between Elmhurst Hospital & Edward Hospital What you will do: Supports 20 leadership staff members of Women's & Children Services Coordinates the calendars of leaders and organizes meetings with interprofessional groups Manages payment of physicians who are on call or are on contract Learn the workflow and assume processes handled through Workday, Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. What you will need: Minimum three years of previous experience in an administrative support role Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Workday highly preferred.
