- Hourly Pay Range: $20-33.21. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
- Location: Floating between Elmhurst, IL & Naperville, IL
- Full Time - 40 hours/ week
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
- Required Travel: Yes, Floating between Elmhurst Hospital & Edward Hospital
- Supports 20 leadership staff members of Women's & Children Services
- Coordinates the calendars of leaders and organizes meetings with interprofessional groups
- Manages payment of physicians who are on call or are on contract
- Learn the workflow and assume processes handled through Workday, Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimum three years of previous experience in an administrative support role
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Workday highly preferred.
- Associate’s Degree preferred or some secretarial school or certification
- Strong ability to work independently and complete tasks from many leaders
