Your Mission

Your Mission
- Quickly source, identify, and engage top-performing sales talent.
- Target professionals who live and breathe HR Tech, thrive in fast-paced startup or small company settings, and have a proven record of KPI-driven success.
- Work closely with our internal team to understand the “tip of the spear” profile we're after — this is a laser-focused search, not a volume game.
- Smart, strategic, and relentless in your approach.
- Excellent sourcing skills — Boolean, LinkedIn, referrals, whatever it takes.
- A sixth sense for sales talent — you know how to “smell” if someone’s legit or just good on paper.
- Comfortable working independently, but collaborative when needed.
- Immediate availability to start and hit the ground running.
- This is a contract assignment starting ASAP, expected to last 4–6 weeks (with potential extension depending on outcomes)
