Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting
- Perform general ledger accounting and journal entries
- Reconcile accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Assist with account reconciliation and financial statement preparation
-Answer phones and connect with the correct employee
Requirements:
- Spreadsheets and general automotive paperwork
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or public accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Quicken, or similar programs
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial report writing
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Previous Title work is a big plus
Note: This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience in bookkeeping or public accounting.

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
