Areas of Responsibility : Under supervision of Lead Charge Nurse, provide all aspects of basic personal care, medication administration, treatment procedures, as well as preventive, restorative and therapeutic techniques. Demonstrate knowledge of medical asepsis and sterile technique. Communicate effectively with aging and ill residents with variety of chronic illnesses, emotional disorders, or cognitive deficits. # Adapt to changing priorities and needs, communicate effectively with visitors, supervisors, and other team members, and maintain confidentiality of resident condition and personal affairs. Qualifications and Experience : LPN licensed to practice in the state of Indiana. Must have completed a state approved medication course. Minimum of one-year nursing experience in acute, or long term care preferred.
