LPN – CVI - Assisted Living at Hartsfield Village (Powers Health)
SHIFT:
Full-time/Part-time: 7:00am - 3:30pm (includes every other weekend and holidays)

Areas of Responsibility:
- Must know all aspects of basic personal care, medication administration, treatment procedures, as well as preventive, restorative and therapeutic techniques.
- Knowledge of medical asepsis and sterile technique.
- Must have interest in and be able to communicate effectively with aged and ill residents with variety of chronic illnesses or emotional disorders.
- Also able to communicate effectively with visitors, supervisor and co-workers.
- Able to work under direct supervision of Lead Charge Nurse. Able to maintain confidentiality of resident condition and personal affairs. Basic business computer knowledge preferred.
Qualifications and Experience:
- LPN licensed to practice in the State of Indiana
- State approved medication course
- CPR card
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

The Hartsfield Village Assisted Living apartments licensed by the State of Indiana have nursing presence 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to assist with the activities of daily living.
