We are currently seeking a Fulfillment Clerk that leads by example in a fast-paced production environment; consistently looks for opportunity to develop skills and improve Quality. Approaches projects and decisions considering the overall goal and understands the impact decisions can have on the team. Inspects materials for accuracy and high quality, ensures that orders will be completed correctly and on time. Identifies problems and seeks for solutions to prevent errors within the operations environment. Assumes responsibility for communicating, promoting, and incorporating the environment of Quality.
Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered on-site, which means you’ll be coming into El Dorado Hills Office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment of materials and orders to ensure daily SLA is completed for all Marcom Clients
- Review material accuracy and quality by following the fulfillment guidelines provided in source documents (pack slips, reports, emails and databases)
- Participates actively in daily operations meetings and collaborates in projects to evaluate workflow and look for opportunities to enhance processes
- Maintain effective communication with all the departments (Print, QA, Warehouse and Shipping) to ensure the best quality service and limit room for error
- Investigate Fulfillment problems that might jeopardize the delivery time or quality, analyze root causes and derive solutions
- Acts as the first contact for Client Services when information about orders status is needed and aims to provide timely feedback
- Reviews their individual development plan with their supervisor monthly to ensure transparency and ongoing communication
- Provides input for development and improvement of the team
- Runs daily report in the ordering systems and internal databases to ensure all orders required are completed and mailed
- Notifies via email about the completion of SLA and special requests for all Marcom clients
- Provides daily report about volume received and processed in each client area and runs periodic reports about material management to ensure integrity of material stored and used for each client
- Record and report information about accuracy/errors per order and damaged items
Requirements:
- High School Degree required
- Capable of working in a very fast-paced environment; working quickly to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality is essential.
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook experience
- Functional/technical skills
- Attention to detail
- Written communication skills
- Ability to work with a team under tight deadlines and handle pressure effectively
- Must be a team player and willing to share knowledge to help people grow and develop.
- Ability to multitask and understand the importance of cross training in order to assist with increased volume in different departments.
- Must be able to transport material from one place to another and to carry up to 40 pounds.
- Ensure the service provided meets client expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours/schedule.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to the dress code.
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience
Annual Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus of up to $1,250.00
