Responsibilities:
- Assist vendors and clients with questions in a professional manner
- Process and review work orders for completion
- Negotiate vendor costs
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Proficient with MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
