Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, courteous, professional customer service
- Adhere to all procedures including operational and corporate customer service guidelines
- Ability to operate required technology and applicable software on equipment including but not limited to computers, cash recyclers, iPads, ATMs, etc.
- Identify customer needs and cross sell opportunities to develop new business
- Engage in inbound calling
- Develop knowledge and understanding of Products and Services
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalency
- One year to three years of similar or related experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Experience in customer service, call center, banking preferred
- Strong written/verbal/organizational skills
- Previous experience with MS Office Suite
- Successful completion all training programs within 12 months of hire
Details:
- Full time: M-F 830-5PM
- Pay: $20.58/HR
