We are seeking experienced customer service candidates for a collections role with a national accounts receivable management firm! We offer a formal paid training program and room for advancement!

Responsibilities:

  • Collect on past due accounts in multiple industries
  • Explain bills to customers and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Inbound/outbound calls in a call center environment

Qualifications Needed:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong MS Office skills and multitasking skills

Full Time: M-F 8am-5pm
