- Collect on past due accounts in multiple industries
- Explain bills to customers and negotiate payment arrangements
- Inbound/outbound calls in a call center environment
Qualifications Needed:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong MS Office skills and multitasking skills
