Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from patients to determine requirements, answer inquiries, and
- resolve issues
- Provide accurate information
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to emails
- Provide outstanding customer service
Requirements:
- 2 years in customer service
- Healthcare call center experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Details:
- Full Time: M-F 8am-5pm
- Pay: $17.00 /hr
- Location: On-site
