Quivadore is a Pennsylvania small business singularly focused on long-term professional consulting services to numerous state agencies in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The State has an opening for a Call Center Representative to assist PennDOT employees with IT problems. The work schedule is hybrid remote (1 week on-site, 1 week off-site). Work location is the PennDOT Riverfront Office in Harrisburg.
The work would involve being the first point of contact for the PennDOT IT Department. Given the size of PennDOT, it is a full-time, call center environment.
Streamlined Hiring Process:
- Initial 30 minute phone interview with Quivadore
- 2 page application that should take 15 minutes to complete
- If short-listed, a final 1 hour, in person interview at PennDOT

Responsibilities
- Provides excellent communication skills; both written and spoken.
- Utilizes knowledge base to reply to caller inquiries.
- Answers questions, applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, systems, and procedures.
- Create and escalate trouble tickets to appropriate teams.
