Role & Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential discretionary grant funding sources, researching grant opportunities, and developing and submitting grant proposals.
- Manage the grant application process, track awarded grants, ensure compliance with funding guidelines, and collaborate with program staff to implement grant-funded projects.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, understand operations and budgeting, and have knowledge of relevant discretionary grant regulations and compliance procedures.
- Ability to interpret financial data and prepare budgets and financial grant reports.
- Experience in project management and program evaluation Proficient in Word, PPT, and Excel.
- At least three years of experience in grant writing experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor degree.
