Job Description:
- Assist with drafting Consent Orders (stipulations) and fine offers under supervision of attorneys
- Manage record keeping of legal drafting for Property & Casualty Division
- Maintain templates for legal drafting
- Maintain comprehensive catalogue of violation language from historical records
- Review licensing records of respondent entities
- Manage follow up of draft Consent Orders
- In addition, the candidate must possess and/or have the ability to:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to multitask
- Bachelor's Degree
- Paralegal Certificate
- Eligible to work in New York State
