Must have Skills:
- Vibration Testing(set up vibration plates)
- Strong electrical background with an understanding of microelectronics.
- Strong knowledge of testing, debugging, and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies
- The Test Technician completes work according to instructions, specifications, and procedures. Conducts various tests and verifications on electro and electromechanical equipment, while providing accuracy, productivity and on-time delivery.
- Performs a range of routine mechanical and/or electromechanical testing of small parts or components by company instructions and procedures.
- Perform a variety of tests to verify circuitry and the effectiveness of components in amplifiers and electronic equipment.
- Receive customer parts or units and troubleshoot circuits and components using schematic drawings and prints as a verifying check.
- Perform tests and diagnostics using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DVM, signal generators, power meters, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, frequency counters, and other related test equipment.
- Provides detailed written failure description with root cause analysis to production and engineering.
- A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma.
- 2 years or more of relevant experience.
