Job Title : Administrative Specialist / Administrative Coordinator / Data Entry
Work location : 101 Friendship Street Providence, RI 02903
Pay rate : $20.00 per hour on W2 without benefits
Duration : 6 Months
Hours / Week : 35 hrs per week
Required Skills :Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collection of Training Attendance Sheets for uploading / record keeping.
- RICHIST training data entry for employees (approx. 12,000 hrs of training data).
- Collection and scanning of training materials.
- Transfer of Learning Management System Data into RICHIST for mandated and other training.
- Processing of Training Proposals for each new topic.
- Entry of Training Topics in RICHIST.
- Advertising of Ongoing Training.
- Coordination of Orientation Calendar 4x each year (or as needed) for all new hires.
- Maintaining Training Codes for RICHIST data entry.
- Monitoring of Virtual Information Sessions for purpose of attendance.
- Collection of training completion data (obtained from DCYF Divisions).
- Youth Mental Health First Aid - tracking of pre-work completion as point person for WFD.
- Scheduling classroom space outside of RI College.
- Assist with trainer purchase order tracking.
- Administrative Support of Workforce Development Projects (New Worker; Ongoing; Special Training Evolutions).
