Summary of Position:

This position will oversee all IT infrastructure and operations including the Restaurant Support Center and all restaurant location IT infrastructure. This team member will establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Prepare regular financial budgets and performance reports for the IT department
• Build and maintain relationships with all IT external vendors
• Manage all IT assets
• Publish and Maintain all IT policies
• Provide emergency support for the operations team IT infrastructure
• Oversee all IT operations and infrastructure
• Ensure effective and reliable integrations between various technology platforms, including POS, Back Office, KDS, Payroll, Accounting Software, Mobile apps and digital marketing solutions
• Identify security vulnerabilities, needs and opportunities for improvement
• Oversees the engineering, configuration, installation, maintenance, upgrade and security of computing networks and facilities such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, network management systems, and data centers
• Maintain Microsoft 365 Tenants and Azure AD
• Create and maintain the company SharePoint site
• Ensure IT systems and operations adhere to applicable laws and regulations, including PCI
• Manage IT Projects such as implementation of new software, equipment, software and hardware upgrades, security, telecommunications, IT budget and scheduling
• Able to strategize and meet strict deadlines.
• Coordinate the IT for new restaurant opening, work with leadership and other departments to stage IT equipment, coordinates services and support processes, final configurations, installation validation, and support transition
• Prepare progress reports to inform leadership of project status and any deviation from goals.
• Fully engaged, service minded attitude
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• 3 years of management experience in an IT environment
• CompTIA Network certification
• CompTIA Security certification
• Restaurant Experience preferred
• Microsoft 365 Certified in Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• NCR Aloha Experience preferred
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication (with or without accommodation)
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Salary : $90,000
