Join our elite team at the Midwest’s largest pickleball facilities! We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Player Services Coordinator to manage our Front Desk, ensuring a seamless player experience while keeping our facility running smoothly.
Job Type
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and support new players, helping them navigate our programs and offerings.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment both on and off the court.
- Communicate with players through phone, text, and email to provide information and assistance.
- Conduct facility tours, highlighting amenities and program benefits to new members.
- Assist players with our proprietary technology and guide them through different package options.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the rules and strategies of pickleball.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable attitude with a passion for teaching others.
- Proficiency in using a computer for scheduling and email communication.
- If you love pickleball, that is a plus, but not necessary.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
