We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate will manage subcontractors, budgets, timelines, and ensure that projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of reconstruction projects from inception to completion, includes composing the estimate.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Supervise and coordinate projects subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements on site.
- Track project progress and handle any issues or delays promptly.
- Coordinate with clients, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and provide updates to senior management on project status.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
- Maintain quality control throughout all phases of the project.
- Assist with procurement of materials and resources necessary for project success.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, project management, or reconstruction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Xactimate, CRM, insurance).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
- Valid CO Driver’s License
- Clean MVR Record - record will be pulled
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Good communication skills
