JOB SUMMARY
As the Training Manager, this individual will effectively develop and implement training programs driven by a passion for delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in catering operations, creating and delivering engaging training programs, and can effectively uphold standards while being able to cultivate a positive working environment.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A genuine passion for events, food, and beverages.
- Track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of catering operations, food safety, service standards and event planning.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate service standards to enhance employee performance.
- The ability to work effectively with other departments within the catering company to ensure that all staff are aligned with the company's goals for service excellence.
- Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to the catering industry
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience and / or training. A degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources or related fields can be beneficial
- Experience in working in a computer environment utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Managers Food Handler's Certification required within 30 days of hire date.

Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands, such as last-minute event changes or staffing shortages.
PRICE RANGE
28 to $31 per hour, depending on level experience.
