We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist (part time, 1 day / week) to join our team. Your responsibilities will include hiring and onboarding new employees, organizing training opportunities, administering employee benefits, and creating company HR policies. Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process
- Onboard new employees
- Create training materials and opportunities for understanding HR policies
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation
- Assist in performance management tasks
- Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management
- In person visit to the field office once per quarter (Rodeo, CA)
- Starting from 1 day / week, will likely extend to 2 day / week, potential future growth opportunity with the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position
- In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
