24 Home Buyer is looking for an entry-level Salesperson for Real Estate!
Real Estate License is not required
We are a fast-paced, full-service real estate investment company that manages client relationships with high-net-worth investors and funds. Our company has helped thousands of home buyers and sellers in multiple states and we keep expanding our operation.
Responsibilities:
- Build reports with Hot Leads and CLOSE High Ticket SALES
- Run Comps and Analyze the Deals
- Present Offers
- Manage Negotiations over time
- Manage Process of Closing Deals
- Maintain CRM with every Interaction with Clients
Qualifications:
- Sales experience (auto sales, real estate sales or acquisitions, in-home sales, etc.) preferred
- Experience using a CRM lead tracking system (such as Gohighlevel) preferred
- Construction Management experience is a plus

Pay: $85,000.00 - $245,000.00 per year
