Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs. Educate clients on available insurance products and services. Assist clients in selecting coverage options that meet their goals and budget. Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities through follow-up and CRM tools. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Continuously develop knowledge of insurance products, policies, and compliance standards.
