Responsibilities:
- Lead fitness classes in various disciplines
- Develop and implement exercise programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual clients
- Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor and track client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing proper exercise techniques and maintaining a clean and organized workout environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and expertise in one or more fitness disciplines s
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
- Ability to adapt workout plans to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a positive workout environment
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Current certification in relevant fitness disciplines (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA) is preferred but not required
