Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient time management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex scheduling, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks and incoming requests, maintaining strong organizational systems.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions for meetings.
- Anticipate needs and be proactive in providing support to the CEO.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
