Agency Art Director

Our client, a growing agency is looking for an Art Director or Associate Creative Director to join the team.

Onsite – 5 days a week in Irvine

Full time / direct hire

$80-$110k depending on experience

Specific details of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Producing award-worthy creative

• Producing concepts and creative which drive measurable success for clients, optimized to meet

targeted performance metrics

• Producing fresh, cutting-edge concepts and designs which demonstrate vision and leadership in

advertising across marketing in current and emerging technologies and vehicles

• Guiding, training and collaborating with team members of various roles to elevate and guide the

creative output of multiple clients across industries including reviewing work produced by the team

• Collaborating as a leader with Executives, Account, Strategy, Digital and Development teams, to

create new opportunities, elevate the agency’s work, and grow the company

• Presenting and pitching work to clients, with excellent communication and presentation skills

• Attending and supporting monthly client photo and video shoots

• Promoting the agency and its capabilities and demonstrating creative authority to build strong

relationships with clients and prospective clients

• Seeking out and internalizing creative feedback from leadership, to align with the agency’s creative

direction rapidly and continually

• Creating and nurturing dynamic creative partnerships throughout the creative team and agency

• Excellent strategic communication, in person and in writing

• Planning and structuring projects, and then keeping projects within all progressive and final deadlines

• Producing technically correct and polished creative

• Total accuracy in production, revision and QC

• Keeping your projects within budget

• Working closely with appropriate team members to achieve client objectives, and keeping them

up to date on project status

• Keeping all details of jobs organized and clean (files, paperwork, etc.)

• Coordination with vendors

• Concepting new ideas for clients

• Continued learning and education to remain current on new design and technology

• Client and account presentation, participation and involvement (on and off site)

• Creative team collaboration

• Time management
