One of our small agency clients is looking for a Creative Director with hands-on digital / web design skills to join their team for an exciting all-new position.
This Creative Director will be responsible for managing a small team of 5 (designers, copywriter, video editors) and drivethe vision and execution of innovative, impactful creative solutions across print, digital, and mixed-media platforms.
The Creative Director must be able tolead and inspire a team of talented creatives, ensuring exceptional quality and strategic alignment with client goals while fostering collaboration and innovation; must have a passion for creative excellence and a client-focused approach and will play a key role in shaping both agency success and client satisfaction.
Ideal Creative Director candidates will have :
- 5-10 years in a hands-on creative / design position with a proven ability to lead teams, present ideas, and articulate a compelling vision.
- Strong understanding of the creative process, with strong skills in copywriting, design, and brand strategy.
- Excels at building and maintaining client relationships, effectively communicating creative strategies and solutions.
- Combines creative expertise with strategic planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manages departmental budgets, tracks profitability, and sets measurable goals for growth and success.
