• Contract role with the potential for extensions and conversion to FTE
• Hybrid in an Eastern Twin Cities Suburb (training on-site then remote with a monthly onsite meeting).
• Pay- $28-$31/hr DOE

Our world-renowned CPG client seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to increase marketing and sales efficiencies within the building protection portfolios. This role involves organizing, updating, localizing, and streamlining digital marketing materials for U.S. and Canadian collateral. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can work independently, drive projects forward efficiently, and ask the right questions to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Locate, update, and organize digital marketing materials to optimize efficiency.
• Localize marketing collateral for U.S. and Canadian markets.
• Manage and maintain assets using Adobe Assets and other tools.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to streamline marketing operations.
• Leverage Excel, Workfront, and Microsoft Teams to track and manage project progress.
• Ensure clear communication and professionalism across all interactions.
• Adapt to changing project needs and proactively address challenges.

What You Bring:

• 1 year of experience working in a large, matrixed corporate environment.
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Assets
• Workfront
• Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel
• SalesAid
• Website management

• Experience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Clear and professional communication skills.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required (business preferred).

  This role is remote, with an initial training period and monthly in-person check-ins.
