Location: Marietta, GA Preferred
Other locations: Provo, UT or Richmond, VA
Hybrid: In Office 2 days (Thursday a must), Remote 3 days

You will be reporting directly to the VP. This company focuses mostly on direct mail accounts. You will be a dedicated Account Director on one or two accounts.
Our client is a team of direct response marketing experts. They lead the industry in direct mail advertising, data-driven, results-oriented marketing campaigns. They help brands create impactful, personalized direct mail strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and ROI. The team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior to deliver high-performing direct mail solutions.
Client Leadership & Strategy:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their marketing goals and delivering strategic direct mail solutions.
- Develop and execute data-driven direct mail campaigns, leveraging audience segmentation, personalization, and response analytics.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with insights on direct mail trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, data analytics, production, and media) to develop and optimize campaign strategies.
- Flawless execution/processing on client weekly/monthly orders
- Non-standard penetration reports
- Suppression list uploads
- Tracking number provision
- Non-standard Match-back analysis outside of ROI Tool
- Process National Monthly Orders
- Consult with NAD or NAM if necessary
- Finalize Route selections
- Submit creative requests
- Oversee versioning and verify all versions are accurate
- Process Franchisee Monthly Orders (If applicable)
- Consult with NAD or NAM if necessary

- Obtain client supplied imagery/graphic elements
- Tracking number test/verification/: QR codes and URL verification
- Follow-up on Proofs Awaiting Client Approval
- Postal Verification Email (confirmation that campaign arrived at USPS as intended) when client is decentralized or franchise-level structure
- Escalation to NAD or VP when/if Campaigns are late
- Facilitate ROI Tool installation/connections if necessary
- Assist Analytics Department with customer reporting as requested
- Facilitate manual upload to ROI Tool if connections are not available
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of ad agency experience in client support, client-facing, or account management roles, or 5 years of work experience
- Expertise in Excel, Word, PPT and more.
