We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Production Design Contractor to support creative and production teams. This role involves attending cross-functional meetings to help guide the direction and execution of deliverables, ensuring alignment between creative intent and final production.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings that influence the outcomes of assigned deliverables, including prototyping sessions, color and content reviews, and photoshoots (as applicable).
- Prepare production-ready files for print, ensuring precision and consistency with brand standards and die lines.
- Verify the accuracy of artwork, layout, and content, making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
- Create and format presentation decks for leadership and stakeholder review.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in production design or a related role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on a Mac platform; advanced skills are preferred.
- Experience using Keynote for presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability in ambiguous situations, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
