Production Designer

Overview: We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Production Designer to join a creative team. This role will be responsible for executing design tasks that support the production of visual materials, ensuring they meet high standards for print and digital media. Youll attend meetings to guide deliverables, participate in prototyping sessions, color and content reviews, and photoshoots when applicable. Your main tasks will include preparing files for print, ensuring art accuracy, and aligning designs with die lines. You will also be responsible for preparing presentations for leadership review.

Responsibilities:
Attend meetings to discuss design deliverables and guide production processes.
Participate in prototyping sessions, color reviews, and content reviews, ensuring designs align with feedback.
Prepare and finalize files for print, ensuring accuracy and alignment with die lines and project specifications.
Create presentation decks for leadership review, showcasing design progress and deliverables.


Work with ambiguity and adapt quickly to evolving project requirements.

Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet creative, technical, and production standards.

Troubleshoot design issues and propose solutions to ensure smooth production workflows.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field.


3-5 years of experience as a Production Designer or in a similar role.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) at an intermediate level; advanced skills are preferred.

Experience with Mac-based programs and working in Keynote for presentations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure design accuracy, especially in print materials.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility in adapting to changes in project requirements.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with die lines, print production, and packaging design.
Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.


Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting while maintaining a high level of independence.
