Site Coordinator

24 Seven is partnering with a well-known company to help them find a Site Coordinator to join their team in this remote position. This is a 3 month contract with potential to extend and candidate must be located in the PST time zone. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Ideal Candidate: will have 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field.

Essential Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive site audits and implement corrections across areas such as on-site search, product filters, and category assortments.

• Support the team with various site-related tasks, including product setup, PLP and content creation, merchandising, search functionality, and promotions.

• Contribute to long-term optimization strategies aligned with departmental objectives.

• Generate ongoing site error reports through daily QA checks, identifying issues related to linking and other site functionalities.

• Prepare proof-of-concept summary reports for new CMS, search, and merchandising tools, evaluating ease of use, efficiency, and user pain points.

• Compile weekly reports on data and site performance, focusing on customer behavior such as PLP sessions and filter/menu interactions.

• Establish and maintain essential reports, documentation, and training guides for the new reporting tool within the Site team.

• Gather and consolidate feedback and requirements from the team and brand stakeholders for the new search and merchandising tool.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills
• Self-starter with a solid understanding of site management.
• Strong analytical background.
• Salesforce and Full Story knowledge preferred but not required.
