VIP Shopper/Personal Stylist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Personal Stylist / VIP Shopper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a personalized and high-end shopping experience to clients, offering tailored fashion advice, and assisting them in curating wardrobes that align with their unique tastes and lifestyles. Your ability to build strong relationships, stay ahead of trends, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personalized styling consultations to clients, understanding their preferences, needs, and lifestyle
• Curate and recommend clothing, accessories, and footwear that fit the client's aesthetic, body type, and budget
• Provide shopping experiences both in-store and through virtual styling services
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on the latest fashion trends, designers, and upcoming collections to keep clients ahead of the style curve
• Assist with wardrobe planning and organizing, ensuring clients’ closets are stocked with versatile, fashionable pieces
• Coordinate exclusive shopping appointments, events, and private viewings for VIP clients
• Maintain detailed client profiles, including sizing, preferences, and past purchases
• Help clients prepare for special events such as photo shoots, weddings, galas, and other important occasions
• Provide advice on garment care, seasonal updates, and style evolution
• Ensure that all transactions, returns, and exchanges are processed smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal styling, fashion retail, or a related field (should have luxury or highend contemporary experience)
• Exceptional fashion knowledge and an eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to understand and interpret client needs
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple clients and tasks effectively
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of high-end designers, brands, and current trends
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with VIP or celebrity clients
• Proficiency with digital styling tools and social media platforms
• Familiarity with luxury retail environments and exclusive brand offerings

Start: 2/17/25

Pay: $30-32/hour plus full benefits covered 100% individual coverage, commission up to 5% extra incentives
