Wholesale Shipping Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Wholesale Shipping Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis during our Prefall shipping window (end of April – end of May). This role is specifically focused on wholesale shipping (not DTC/e-commerce orders) and will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate shipments to our larger wholesale accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate wholesale shipments for major retail partners, including Bloomingdale’s, Saks, Shopbop, and Revolve

• Process and fulfill orders through Ship Hero, Shopify, and SPS Commerce

• Handle EDI shipments, ensuring compliance with retailer requirements

• Work closely with internal teams to track orders, troubleshoot shipping issues, and ensure on-time deliveries

• Maintain accuracy in shipping documentation, labeling, and inventory management

Requirements:

• Experience in wholesale shipping (preferably within the fashion industry)

• Strong familiarity with Ship Hero, Shopify, and SPS Commerce

• Proven experience handling EDI shipments for major retailers

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills
