Client Overview: Our client, a leading luxury goods company, is seeking a Workday Payroll Specialist to join their team. You will be onsite 2 days in Shelton, CT and 1 day in NYC.
Role Overview: We are looking for a Workday Payroll Absence Time Tracking/Scheduling (PATTS) Specialist to support our Workday PATTS implementation. This role involves providing both functional and technical expertise while collaborating with stakeholders within the HRIS function.
Workday Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:
- Document business requirements for Workday Time and Attendance, scheduling, and Payroll.
- Deliver expertise on data mapping, organizational structures, and systems configuration.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project status and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understand data governance across HR and Payroll systems.
- Test configurations, identify and validate conversion data, and develop training documentation.
Workday Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
- Workday US Payroll certification required; additional certifications in Time Tracking and Absence preferred.
- 10 years of Payroll administration with implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of US Payroll and benefits.
- Proficiency in Workday and Payroll systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Salary : $50 - $80
