Workday PATTS Specialist role based on:

• In-office Requirement: Candidate must be on-site 3 times per week.
• Travel Expectation:
• If based in NYC, must travel to Shelton, CT office 1 2 times per week for the first 3 5 months.
• If based in Shelton, CT, must travel to the NYC office once per week.
• Reimbursements: Travel and meal expenses for non-primary locations will be reimbursed.

Job Requirement:

Role Purpose:

• Serve as a hands-on consulting partner for implementing Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling (PATTS) for U.S. and Canada, reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Technology.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Payroll and HR stakeholders to define requirements, deliver functional and technical expertise, manage configurations, ensure project alignment, and support testing, training, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Required Workday US Payroll certification; additional certifications in Time Tracking, Absence, HCM, and Canada Payroll are preferred.

Experience:

• 10 years in Payroll administration and technical support, with in-depth knowledge of Workday Payroll and Time & Attendance systems.
