Pay: $22–$26 per hour (starting at $22)

About Us
24hr Pottery is a growing network of ceramic studios with five locations across the Greater Seattle area. We provide 24/7 studio access to adult members and offer workshops for beginner to intermediate potters. We’re a small, tight-knit team passionate about clay, community, and keeping our studios clean, welcoming, and inspiring.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Studio Technician to help support our members and maintain our spaces. This is not a teaching position—it’s focused on operations, cleanliness, and supporting the day-to-day needs of instructors and members.
What You’ll Do
- Visit up to two studios per shift (Bellevue, and Redmond)
– Studios are within ~6 miles of each other– Drive time is included in
your paid hours
- Clean and organize studio spaces daily – Wipe down tables and stools
– Mop floors, restock supplies, clean restrooms– Clear sink traps and maintain tools
- Load, unload, and run electric kilns (training provided)
- Dip glaze workshop pieces based on student glaze selections
- Assist instructors with processing class and workshop work
- Check in with members using the studio and help with any needs
- Lead open studio times for community drop-ins (glazing & independent work)
Who We’re Looking For
- Prior experience with ceramics preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working independently and with a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with cleaning duties and light physical labor (able to lift 50 lbs)
- Flexible and reliable — able to help cover shifts if needed
- Available to work weekends and the following weekdays:
- Monday, Thursday, Friday
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Training & Support
All new team members will:
- Receive training on kilns and other studio procedures
- Shadow current staff for 1–2 weeks before taking on independent shifts
