About the Receptionist Position :
PLEASE NOTE : This position is not currently being offered remotely.
The Receptionist team is responsible for several duties including, but not exclusive to answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate parties, providing excellent customer service to callers and visitors, reviewing incoming documents, following all firm and front desk processes and procedures, etc.
This is a fast-paced, high volume, hands-on role - perfect for those who want to learn more about the legal field or be in an administrative support role!
