This position provides extensive communication with High Net Worth (HNW) investors through the guidance and direction of the Founding Partner (FP). Manages the onboarding of investors through providing investor documents, follow-up, and funding of investments. Manages on-going investor documentation and information on investment progress. Involves bespoke web-based technology platform called Juniper Square (JP).
- Investor Communications
- Provide FP with an initial draft email for any specific situation (subscription documents, investor deck offering, property closing, etc.) and work with FP to create a final version.
- Work alongside FP to create investor lists for specific deals/events within JP.
- Send finalized emails to agreed upon investor lists/existing Juniper entities for new deals.
- Track and record all responses to each email. Respond to emails that you are able to answer questions asked. Supported by Analytics team.
- Record all equity investment requests into allocation/investment tracking spreadsheet.
- Follow up with investors who have not responded.
- Schedule meetings with potential new investors.

Investment Offerings/Entity Maintenance
- Input any new lists made with FP into a new Juniper Square offering to send emails and track amounts.
- Input property info to be published on investor portal.
- Input all requested amounts into offering for each contact.
- Upload all subscription document materials and send out subscription documents to all investors.
- Take investor calls and walk them through our subscription document process.
- Review all completed subscription documents and confirm there are no discrepancies with current investor accounts or new ones.
- Add every other account into the entity with subscription docs (1031ers)
- Complete all property acquisition/sale closing checklists confirmed approval from FP

Quarterly Reporting
- Upload final quarterly reports to each entity and input the personalized distributions
- Send out all reports to respective recipients.
- Quarterly reporting supported by Analytics team.

Contact Management and Organization
- Add new contacts provided from CFO/Managing Partner/Founding Partner
- Communicate with investors for any changes to their information. This is especially relevant when changing investor account information (ex: banking info, address, etc).

Team Collaboration
- Responsible for close coordination with Founding Partner
- Works within Capital Markets Group supervised by Head of Capital Markets.
- Collaborates extensively with Analytics/Underwriting Team
- Event planning of semi-annual investor event.
- Ability to adapt to technology platforms.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Excel required; experience with Powerpoint helpful.
- Must have strong personal skills with an excellent client service approach.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time.
